Battlefield Campground & RV Park

Great stop on our way from MI to FL. The staff was so helpful and great follow up. Sites are very nice. Easy hook ups. Pool/Laundry/Bathroom were super clean. We will definitely come back. Highly recommend!!!!

Campground was probably nice at one time, but it seems unattended now. There's trash in the various empty campsites, and our water hook up leaked so bad we could not use it. Fortunately, our friends were at the next site, so we could hook up to theirs. Our site was very narrow. Our awning almost touched the neighbor's slide out. Our fire pit had 2 empty containers of antifreeze in it.

Not sure how well I can judge the management. Came in to the park and tried to park the camper in the assigned space and it was to small, even though they asked for length and make an model. Had to park in an open site the office was closed when we arrived. When I talked with the manager she moved me to a site that I could park until the monthly site was open, after I looked at it and found that the camper was gone and I said it would work.I did inform the manager of the garbage, window siding and destroyed fire ring.I was told that she would have it cleaned up when I returned and moved to the site in 4 days. Unfortunately this was not done and even after leaving messages during business hours on the office phone, manager cell phone and business emai I didn't get a response until the ne

I gave this campground 3 stars but would love to give the office staff 5! We have a 42 ft class A. This campground is built into hills and although the sites are level for the most part, getting to and from is a challenge. Another class A bottomed out while we were here and it took a lot of effort to get them free. They ask specifically about dog breeds which immediately drops them down a star on my list as breed is not a good indicator of owner behavior. The campground is large and I only found one dumpster and one dog waste disposal container and they were close together. There is no mention of garbage removal in their welcome packet. We stayed 2 nights and are pretty sure that the camper next to us may have needed to be forcibly removed as the office staff did not think there should ha

Being from out of state and not knowing anything around the area Kathy did a PERFECT job making sure we're accommodated with ALL our needs! Perfect site that went with out rooftop tent and the angle that the sun was a direct hit to fully charge our solar panel... this is a gem of a camp ground and super relaxing place. Would absolutely recommend a 10 🌟!! If your traveling to RUBY FALLS, TN stay with Kathy! Check her out, she's fabulous.
