This place was amazing! We had our 10u & 12u softball Christmas party here.. Not only did the girls have a blast but so did all of the families. There was so much to do and it was age appropriate for all ages! The girls said the pool was the best thing ever! So warm and comfortable and who couldn’t beat swimming in December!!! We will definitely be back for more parties. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

One of the best experiences I've ever had in an RV lot. Derek and his family are amazing people who have an amazing RV park this place comes with everything you can imagine. This place is a solid 10 out of 10. They have stocked fishing ponds, laundry, indoor swimming pool, indoor jacuzzi, a clubhouse and so much more. I highly recommend checking this place out

They have done an amazing job setting up this campground. Great proximity for an event we were attending in Chattanooga. We needed a later night check-in and they were very accommodating, and Derrick even came by in the morning to check to be sure we got set up ok and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed all of the amenities and even though it’s close to the interstate it was still very quiet. Plenty of spots open and it was very relaxing for all of us!

My family and friends love this campground! We stayed for an entire weekend and didn’t want to leave. My Daughter and her friend’s first comments were how amazing the bathrooms are. They loved them so much they even wanted their picture taken in there. By far the fanciest showers, sinks and mirrors we’ve ever seen at a campground! The location is amazing because you’re close to grocery stores, fast food, gas stations, and a few sit down restaurants. There is a super cute Dolly Parton mural painting in downtown Ringgold about 5 minutes away to take pictures with and it’s right beside a cute little ice cream shop the kids love.
