SpringHill Suites by Marriott Braselton

Stayed here since was closest to Winder. It is a new hotel that opened about 2wks ago. Spent 4 days here. Rooms were very nice and well appointed. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was ok for a buffet, not many choices but it is a springhill. You need to ask for room refresh, they do not do daily and even then they only dropped off towels and dumped the waste cans. So not impressed with that. Also didn't like that to get the light on by the coffee maker you have to put your room card in a slot to turn the power on. I left the room with my card in there, good thing my wife had one. I don't think having that for 2 lights in the room saves much in electricity, somebody had a bright idea at corporate I bet. Overall was very nice and will stay again when in the area.

Caleb, in the lobby, made our entire Marriott/SpringHill Suites experience the most amazing hotel stay ever. Not only was he kind and professional but he was also the most help and pleasant person that we've ever had the pleasure of encountering during any of our hundreds of hotel stays. Thank you, Caleb!

Absolutely excellent experience! Only open for 3 weeks, and seem to have all the kinks worked out of their operation. Cleanest rooms we’ve stayed in for a very long time. Staff were courteous and extremely helpful. Rhonda checked us in and gave us floor options as well as the Marriott Platinum gift (many places overlook this). Gluten free breakfast muffins for my celiac son. Right beside I85. Highly recommend and would 100% stay here again.

Cancel a group booking last minute!

We had over 80 rooms booked and canceled last minute with no help or anything! Stay away from bad management!
