Best Western Braselton Inn

Super friendly staffs Priya definitely was a sweet and nice lady, we checked in with no problems, Breakfast was very Good and fresh. The cooks Kelly was also super nice and friendly , and the other lady who’s been around for a while whom managed the place . Also super nice, I had my two Other family come with us for a night stayed due to Plans changed, and they were very understanding of my situation traveling here. definitely will come back when I visit again, It’s a very quiet and cute Place full of great staffs!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR THE BEST SERVICES IN BRASTELTON GA !

Pria was very accommodating as soon as we arrived allowing us to stay close to our parents. The rooms are clean and well kept. Breakfast was great. Yay bacon. And Proa ensured our stay was satisfactory and attentive to our comments. Great place to stay.

Positive: Kind of off the beaten path. Was not crowded. Negative: The toilet continuously ran. And there needed to be more light in the shower area

I would give this place no stars if I could. Most days there really is no hot breakfast as promised. The staff compromises their guests personal information. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude, especially a manager named Priya. The rooms are in poor repair. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Hampton Inn. The staff will make you feel welcome and comfortable.

My second stay. The hotel is excellent with a rock exterior, brass numbers, clean and tidy with modern feel. The owner was on site and manager Priya is very kind . The breakfast was wonderful with outdoor tables and cloth tablecloths for breakfast. The breakfast is above average for a free hotel food. They are always improving in one way or another. We look forward to our next stay!
