Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Braselton

I just left this place 01/18/2026 we booked this hotel for my daughter’s wedding. I arrive and was placed in a nice room only to not have a working heater and we all know the weather was super cold. They then moved me to another room. The heater unit sounded like something was crawling inside of it all night. Until the fact I got no sleep at all right before my daughter wedding. Not only that the door lock malfunction where I was locked out of the room. They advised they would call maintenance sometime passed and I was notified that I would have to move again. I spoke with the front desk clerk Derek and he assured me he would leave the manager a note to help compensate for my trouble upon my check out. Let’s see……where do i begin…….First we were told we could not bring my service dog. (Which is illegal by the way) She is NOT an ESA service dog. However, i had to bring her anyways for service reasons and was able to fill out a form for her once we got here. Upon our arrival at country inn & suites in Braselton GA, we had an issue with our reservation. We ended up with 2 reservations as the hotel could not find our first reservation. I was able to cancel one through Booking.com. After our first night in the room, we discovered a large number of bugs in the room. Mainly in the bathroom, but also throughout the hotel. Different kinds of roach looking bugs. They were everywhere! The bathroom was so dirty, the bathtub looked as if it was never cleaned….dirty inside and out. There w

Location is great and quiet atmosphere. The rooms were good size just not very clean. The bathroom had ants and hair all over the place when we arrived. Throughout the stay our room was never cleaned but instead just towels placed on the counter. Staff was decent as well as the breakfast but could have been better customer service wise.

For safety please fix, we stayed in room 409 map showed us in room 406. When a fire happens and smoke is everywhere a correct map with starting location would help occupants make it out alive. Also we reserved and payed for room online. And staff acted like they couldn't find paid reservation. Staff was busy talking to somebody on speaker phone while looking for our reservation... Bring your own water 2$ bottle. I gave 3 stars because room was clean & bed slept decent. Breakfast was tasty and coffee was good & strong.

We spent four nights at the Country Inn over Thanksgiving weekend. Mixed review. We rented a suite which was a bedroom and living room. It was equipped with it a mini frig, coffee maker, microwave, and had a big screen TV in each room. The bed and furniture were comfortable, the room was quiet, and we slept well. | The breakfast was below average. A limited selection of breads and bagels, and no pastry. Eggs and sausage were consistently not very good. There was also a waffle maker and cold cereal. Pretty uninspired. My biggest complaint was there was one container of coffee. When it was empty it was removed, and took about twenty minutes to replace it. That's not acceptable.| The staff were all pleasant, but we had a problem with the room, and nobody was very helpful. We
