SpringHill Suites by Marriott Belmont Redwood Shores

We were in a jam and needed a place to stay after being completely locked out of our apartment in the middle of the night. I called the hotel and Vincent answered, was super kind and shared that they had a few rooms, shared the rate & told us to come over and he’d take care of us. When we arrived, Vincent greeted us promptly and with such a welcoming spirit, it was such a relief to deal with someone so kind, competent & caring after the ordeal we had been through with not being able to access our home. He quickly processed our bookings, asked if we needed any extra blankets or towels, helped us with parking, late checkout and even set us up with all the amenities we needed as we had literally nothing with us. Good location based on my needs, plenty of parking. Breakfast was decent, good coffee. rooms quiet and comfortable, functional design. Check in was easy. Staff was mostly friendly, except the housekeeper who knocked on my door at 8:30am on checkout day. Why not wait til I check out to clean? My do not disturb sign was missing. Overall stay was nice. Alittle high., last week was 250 a night this week it’s 107 a night..?!

Basics first. Big rooms. Good queen beds. We did use the trundle and it was not great. We brought our own mattress topper that made the trundle the envy of the room. ||Parking is $22 a night but if you have an EV they have plenty of chargers. I appreciated that. ||Breakfast is ok. It’s missing potatoes, bacon, or fruit medleys like Hyatt Place. It had a fantastic oatmeal bar, dual waffle makers, and good beverage choices. Just sausage every day. Would’ve preferred bacon and sausage to rotate. ||Would come again.

The room was very clean! Staff were very welcoming and professional when we checked in. We reserved a room on the top floor and it was very quiet. The location itself is kind of isolated, but there are so many great food spots around. In addition, the price was great and the cleanliness! We will definitely be coming back!

It's one of the best hotel I've ever stayed. Very clean, a lot of parking spaces. You pay $22 for the parking. Clean room, friendly staff. Outside sqimming pool. Ful breakfast
