Extended Stay America Premier Suites- San Francisco - Belmont

This review is honest. I booked a >30 days here , Belmont location. Most important: the staff here is wonderful, genuine and professional. They do care for you, they made us feel welcome and supports you, accommodated all my requests. Change of rooms , I need easy access to exits ( I have’s my doggies with me”) etc.. (thank You El) Service is genuine with care. Greets you always with their sweetest smile! They make u feel at home! Location is easy access, close to freeway and the parking is great. There is a great dog walk path next to this hotel. I’m glad I stayed here and will come back at any given time if needed. WiFi connection is fast and reliable . Our room is clean and neat and updated. Indeed. Home away from home. Thank you to everyone!

Positive: It was very clean and well organized. Just enough dishes and pots, Having a kitchenette was a life -saver. Bed was comfortable with high quality bed linens. Refrigerator was ample size and closet space was more than adequate. There was cable TV. Negative: No.

My go to hotel for longer stays, solo trip or with friends a great quite place at a good price!

This is a special location— and due wholly to the staff. We have been to many similar locations but this establishment is second to none! The staff here has been wonderful— and I do not exaggerate when I say that they daily go above and beyond. The people working the front desk are some of the best examples of what customer service should be: every team member has been kind, helpful and courteous and during our stay I quickly noticed that this same level of professionalism is upheld throughout. Important to note that this treatment is not limited to the front desk: We are a family with two young children so we can test the limits of customer service at times in terms of needs during a prolonged stay. I have been visiting this place for the past few years and now a long termer here making my home away from home. The place is well organized & clean with exceptional staff. Ashlyn , Nazmeen , Al , Mark - everyone works hard to keep the facility very tidy & clean and go out of the way to make guests feel comfortbale by paying attention to guests unique needs. The level of friendliness and kindness staff here shows is unlike any other facilities I have experienced before. Great location with a close vicinity to shops , library , highway, shores and trails. Facilities inside room are spaciously spreaded out with good amount of room , full kitchen , good sized refrigerator , kitchen shelves etc . I have felt safest staying here .
