Spring Garden in University City

Nothing wrong with this place. Bit shabby, bit creaky, beds are okay. There’s a very convenient hole in the floor to put the spliffs in that prior guests have left behind (see photo) what more do you want

Dirty, sheets full of hair, and they will not change the sheets. Want you to sleep in dirty sheets overnight! Offered me another, worse room, but it had more hair in the sheets. Customer service is rude and lazy. Plus, this is an illegal setup in the city of Philadelphia! Over 8 units and law allows only 3 tenants who are not blood related.

After booking the room, the host asked for an additional $104 "deposit" to be send via PayPal or Cashapp before the room could be accessed. This was not specified beforehand and I've a strong feeling you will not be getting that $100 back after "15 business days."
