My dad died there over Memorial Day weekend last year. His rent was paid up to over two weeks ahead of his death. The owner was given his phone and wallet by the fire department when they took my dads body. The owner let his phone ring and let calls go to voicemail when family was trying to get in touch with him, not knowing he was dead. She took all my dads possessions including electronics, a camera with pictures
