Spillway "wowed" us in so many aspects. Location was perfect, as we walked to dinner in Bellaire both nights. The hot tub was HOT, clean, well maintained. Check-in was very well communicated and simple with no issues. Questions were quickly addressed via email. Our king-studio room was amazing, bed was super comfy, plenty of towels, and all the kitchen items we would need. Nice to have coffee supplied for the real drip maker, and robes. Will highly recommend Spillway.

Spillway Lodges deserves its high ratings It is an unusual concept (keyless entry, no concierge, 4 unit buildings, "resort-light"), with modern spacious rooms/kitchenette/bathroom, comfy bed, thoughtfully appointed. Large shared outdoor patio for upstairs studio rooms. Easy walk into town and to the park across the river. Assistance available through phone number: getting luggage upstairs (note stairs), contacting now closed local restaurant to see if I left my purse there (I did and retrieved it!). Plus, good value for price. Check out the smoked fish place across the bridge! We enjoyed 1 night stay and checking out Bellaire as we passed through the area.

My wife and I really enjoyed our overnight stay. The location is great with a good view of the river. The sauna and hot tub were clean and in great shape. All the cabins have a little sitting area in between them with a fire table and chairs for sitting out. The full kitchen would be nice for a longer stay to cook or warm up leftovers, and the growlers in the room are a great addition so you could fill them up with some local brews. We got a king room and the room was clean, up to date, and the bed was comfortable. It was a little chilly when we stayed so we didn't use all of the available outdoor amenities. My wife and I thought it was, overall, a great place to stay for a reasonable price and I hope we get a chance to stay again for longer when it warms up next year.

If you’re looking for a relaxing up north getaway Spillway lodges is the place to be. Every little attention to detail starting from when you arrive to the location to the pen and paper on the desk in the room has been meticulously well thought out. QR codes for local restaurant room service is just one of the nice features they offer. A few footsteps from our suite awaits the beautiful sauna facing nature and a cold plunge to cool off. The hot tubs were exactly what we were looking for after a day out snowshoeing and visiting Short’s brewery just minutes away actually walking distance away! The room itself felt like home away from home with warm decor and beautiful scenic views of the spillway complete with bald eagles! My husband and I throughly enjoyed our relaxing visit here and most d

Spillway is truly the best of the best. Starting off with saying that the lodge itself is just as welcoming, updated, clean and fun as the pictures show and they don’t really do it justice. Our stay was incredible to say the least and we were so glad we found Spillway. The entire room is fully stocked with necessities from the comfortable beds full of great pillows, to the stocked kitchen utensils and the bathroom with every imaginable necessity provided for your stay. They really thought of all the small things that make your trip so great. Overall so quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub, sauna and cold plunge were excellent and all very clean. Such a fun experience doing contrast therapy while on vacation. Also wanting to give a huge shoutout to Kathleen as she assisted in providing
