Spark by Hilton Summerville

Sparks by Hilton was very nice the conference room was lovely for our Meet and great. Spacious and comfortable. Great size for meetings and small gatherings. The rooms was accommodating and comfortable and the staff was very welcoming. Convent and easy to get to. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great rates as well.

The rate was HIGHER than I was quoted and changed while I was there. They won´t allow you to speak to a manager!! The front desk clerk swears they charge you a $50 per night incident fee, every night, when you are paying by credit card. My bank shows NO instance of a refund and when I call they INSIST they didn't charge it¿? They did. Then, there is the undisclosed ridiculously high Pet Fee of $100. Someone is STEALING OUR MONEY at that hotel and they are doing everything in their power to hide it from management! Skimming off the rate, charging incident fees on credit card check in, and not refunding it! I stayed there 2 nights 11-26, 11-27 with an empty parking lot at a rate of $140 a night! It's a Motel Six! and nothing more!! First time at a Hilton property. LAST TIME at a Hilton

Rooms were good with basic amenities included. Check in was smooth and the lady at the front desk was polite with a welcoming attitude. Breakfast had extremely limited option. The coffee was not good either. Some basic additions to their breakfast (eg - Wheat bread) might help. Location was great - close to everything you need. They have ample parking places.

This motel is amazing to the rooms the breakfast they have coffee 24/7 and we'll make it fresh for you if they have to the outside is amazing they got a big area for pets or service dogs whichever one you have I have a service dog and they are very friendly everyone here has treated me very nicely and his accommodated me very good I will recommend this motel to anyone. Is for families or not if he's single if you a couple or whichever way for business or for just pleasure you should give this motel a try you will greatly appreciate it and enjoy yourself.

The property itself is very clean and well-kept. Breakfast is perfectly adequate with a bagel bar, yogurt, cereal, and hard-boiled eggs. We were able to stay with our dog, and were given a placard for our door to ensure there were no surprises. We had an issue with our A/C not working and the front desk staff was extremely professional in resolving the issue, offering us a comp'ed rate or a room change. We opted to just wait to get it fixed. They called before and after the fix to ensure everything was right. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend to other family and friends visiting the area!
