Service is good but no microwave and coffee maker in the rooms.Service and Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The only reason that this was rated a 4 star versus a 5 star rating is because while it is a Hilton, it is not new, rather a refurbished hotel. The room and the hallways and lobby are very clean. However, there was no comfortable chair or a couch un the room, meaning if you are in the room, you have to lay in the bed to watch TV. The location is great as far as convenience, right off the interstate 95, however, it is facing another hotel that shares the same parking lot, with little green space for your dog. It should be noted that this hotel was spotless and friendly front lobby staff.

We walked into this hotel after leaving the Baymont across the parking lot due to bugs and shockingly disgusting beds. We asked if any rooms were available and Monty brought us up to a newly renovated room and had me check that it was clean to our liking before checking us in. I've never had anyone do that, and I found it incredibly considerate. Shortly after checking in he texted us to see how everything was. We were very impressed by how comfortable the beds, linens, and pillows were! We left before breakfast, but we appreciated the 24/7 coffee station!

These stars are solely for an employee named Reneda, bc if it wasn’t for her and her kindness I’d have a lot more to say. 1st reaction was “ok we are only here for a night we can ignore the rude guy who wasn’t even at the front desk ….it’s just one night”. He seemed more interested in tending to the group of people in the breakfast area which may have been his friends or family since it seemed like they knew each other rather well then checking us in and it seems like we were a bother to show up and interrupt his time with the group. Gave me the impression he thought he was entitled maybe a manager or someone that thinks his behavior was justified? Honestly he was about two words away from hearing some choice words from me when he was rude to my daughter however I was tired and took that i

I always try to begin with something positive. The staff of this hotel were friendly and accommodating. However, this appears to be an older hotel that was remodeled for the Spark concept. The facilities were old, and it showed from the bad waterproofing patches around the exterior of the windows to the rusted elements of the bath. The refrigerator did not work well at all, and the hvac unit was not easily controlled. It said to use the thermostat on the wall, which did not work. The remote for the TV also did not work, but I went to the front desk and and they swapped out the batteries...problem solved. This is just not what I have come to expect from a Hilton brand.
