I recently had the pleasure of staying at Spark Hotel, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who genuinely seemed to care about making my stay as comfortable as possible. The check-in process was efficient yet personal. The front desk staff took the time to recommend local attractions and dining options, which made my initial days in the city all the more enjoyable. Hotel was under construction|I reseved a disability room for my son but all the rooms with disability were under construction pool was closed gym room was under construction|Water cut several times toilet water was so high that make hard to use|They have to give back half of the money but very poor customer service i am not using this hotel again break fast was not very good same things every day .

We originally planned to stay here for five days, but extended it to 3 more days. We loved everything about it. The rooms are large and clean. The location is great and the staff is amazing. To help you out with any questions or concerns you might have. I recommend this hotel 100%

Kevin the manager was absolutely fantastic! During the hotel transition, he checked in with us, interacted warmly, and made sure everything was going well and that we were comfortable. That level of care truly reflects great hospitality. We will definitely be back again this time with our family!

This hotel is newly remodeled as of February 2026. The amenities and service are of the highest quality. The staff is one of the most professional and supportive groups that I have encountered while traveling. I spend many days and nights away from home and always with Hilton properties. I will strongly recommend this location to anyone needing lodging in central Houston. Kevin Pereira is especially accommodating.
