Southwest Inn at Sedona

Had a very lovely stay. As previous reviews have said the rooms aren’t super modern, but they have a nice rustic feel to them. The fireplace is such a great touch and rooms were clean. Loved the hot tub too. We had to stay an extra night due to a flight cancellation and they were amazing. Communication was great.

Positive: Location Negative: Served breakfast late than scheduled 7 am. TV did not work.

What an awesome find! We stayed here last minute (our other booking did not allow my service dog and I didn't care to argue the legalities with them) and we are so glad that we did! Christopher checked us in and offered us suggestions on a couple of restaurants (the pizza place down the street was great!). He told us that there was a complimentary breakfast in the morning! He also gave me a map of the area and directions to a couple of things that we were wanting to see. The room was perfect for us - a little small, but we didn't care! We had a fireplace, great beds and linens and HOT water with great water pressure! They even had an essential oil for sleep! After hiking the next morning, we made it back for breakfast. We stayed at the Southwest Inn in Sedona for one night in January. What a true "find" this hotel is! The room and the grounds were spotless and the people were very nice. The room was so cute! We felt very much like we were staying in a condo, not a hotel. It was spacious, had a fireplace, the beds were comfortable, and it had a nice big bathroom too! The headboards even lit up, with a mountain scene, a little "Disney-esque" in the very best way! The location was fabulous, and the complimentary breakfast, upstairs from the hotel lobby, had many options and was a perfect way to start the day. I can't think of even one negative. This hotel is so lovely, we highly recommend it!

Short drive to uptown and many hiking trails. The rooms could use a little updating but very clean. Took advantage of the hot tub after hiking all day. The staff was great and very accommodating when we had to add an extra day due to flight cancellation. They Let us check in early when we had to switch rooms. The whole experience was great.
