Southern Ducks RV Resort

My opinion : Absolutely terrible experience at Southern Ducks RV Resort. Managment front desk was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, she had an attitude and clearly did not want to comply with their own rules or policies. When we asked simple questions, she acted as if we were bothering her and made everything as difficult as possible. For a place that is supposed to be about relaxation and community, the staff here completely ruin the atmosphere. If management can’t even train their front desk to treat guests with basic respect, that tells you everything you need to know about how this resort is. there are plenty of other RV resorts in the area where you’ll be treated like a valued guest.

We stayed at Southern Ducks RV Resort (at the time called Southern Pines RV Resort) 2-4 August 2023. A little crowded and no tree cover or scenery to speak of, but the front office folks were the friendliest and most efficient as we’ve come across. The area is quiet and relaxing but close enough to ample shopping and dining in Winter Haven. A great value and we would definitely want to stay again the next time we travel through central Florida.

We had a wonderful experience at this RV park, staff was welcoming and amazing. Everyone was so friendly, park was very clean and had many amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I are 6 month winter residents and rv in the summer. We own a park model here and store the 5th wheel in winter. Southern Ducks offers full hook up sites, heated pool, clubhouse with library and pool table, laundry, mail room, rec. room and exercise equipment. They offer daily, weekly and monthly rates and the manager lives on the premises.

I was accused of wrong doing, that I would never do . Not in my nature. I was threatened and reported it, so they kicked me out of park. The other person was able to stay. I beleave it was there friend that's why they kick me out. If you are close to management your good. I'm not a brown nose.
