Hampton Inn Winter Haven

We drove from Miami for my son’s soccer tournament and checked in at the front desk. During check-in, we politely asked the front desk agent, Shelly, if the lobby TV could be switched so we could watch the Inter Miami soccer game. We were told that the TV could not be changed from the news channel because it was “hotel policy.” This was surprising and disappointing, especially since this is our second time staying at this hotel and we were never informed of such a policy before. During our previous stay, we had asked for the channel to be changed and it was done without any issue. What made the situation more frustrating was not just the refusal, but the lack of willingness to help or offer any alternative solution. The interaction felt dismissive and not in line with the level of custom

Really good front desk service! Very responsive and attentive. Christine, in particular, was great! I was there for two nights for a high school volleyball tournament. The hotel was very welcoming, courteous, and hospitable. The room was very comfortable and perfect for my needs, which included working when possible. Definitely will stay here next time.

I traveled from NY to FL on an unfortunate circumstance. My father suddenly passed away. I did not know the area well and chose this location to stay. Thankfully so. Not only was the staff pleasant and friendly, Fay the manager was extremely accommodating and compassionate during my stay. Joey in the kitchen area was very attentive to the guests and kept the breakfast area clean and fully stocked. The included breakfast was incredible, the food was fresh and delicious. I would stay here again if I was in the area. Great service, thank you again so much Fay for all your assistance. You made a difficult visit less difficult!

Went to a family wedding far from home. Therefore, it was a one night stay worth having. Good service. Clean rooms. Early check in with no issues. Simple, pretty, and clean. Great hot breakfast. Lots of parking.

Decent rooms, nice and clean. Staff helpful and attentive. Decent breakfast in the morning. Location is great if you're needing to be in the area you're very close to several restaurants and other amenities.
