Staybridge Suites Winter Haven - Auburndale by IHG

Everything was very organized. I went for Christmas with my husband, who was staying there for work, and from the moment we met her, Ms. Kiomaris greeted us with a cheerful "Good morning." She was the one who cleaned our room, and the next day she treated us just as kindly. She was very friendly and sweet. Before we left, we saw her with a patch over her eye. I hope you'll tell her to get well soon and that God blesses her. I hope to see her again when I return, as she is a sweetheart and very helpful at all times, even with my special needs child. She won his heart; he was absolutely smitten with her. It's a hotel I would recommend 100/100.

I’ve been here staying for a few months for work I have been nothing short pleased. The front desk staff is always friendly and the cleaning crew does a great job at keeping my room and other facilities. I want to give props to Rilly, Lina and Aubre who prepare the breakfasts every morning and the social hours during the week. The complimentary breakfast is certainly my favorite thing about my stay.

Very Friendly Staff, check in was a breeze, the room was great, definitely large enough where you don’t feel closed in. The bed was very comfortable, there was a large couch and a nice desk. Nice big screen TV with a working channel and programming guide. The mini kitchen was more than adequate for a short stay. The bathroom was huge with a fantastic walk-in shower. The breakfast was really good, more than enough to get your day started in the right direction. The evening gathering was a really nice touch, free, wine and appetizers. This nice, almost new hotel has set a new standard in the area, everything you need and then some. This hotel has got off to a great start and is a great place to stay, it is also centrally located surrounded by restaurants with a Walmart and Publix clo

The hotel is spotless. Dellon at the front desk was nice and very helpful.|Cannot say enough about Lili in the dining area. She was incredible. Always checking on everyone, very gracious. I walk with a cane and she seemed to be everywhere I was to help. Also, the blueberry muffins are excellent!

We stayed at Staybridge Inn and Suites Winter Haven for 4 nights. Front desk staff were always kind and helpful, they gave us mini figures for our Lego loving kiddos. Lina and Lily were our favourites, they prepare breakfast each morning, they were always walking around and welcoming guests, cleaning, and replenishing food. The rooms were clean, a great size, the full kitchen was a huge bonus for a family.
