My husband and I stayed at the Southbound Stays Country Cottage in Nashville for 3 nights. From start to finish, this was one of the finest vacation rentals we have reserved. We have been booking vacation rental properties for 40 years. Megan is ethical, enthusiastic, charming and responsive. The Cottage is one of the classiest and most thoughtfully designed and decorated properties we’ve used. Warm woods, understated art, plush linens, drapes and towels; quality kitchen appliances, tools, dishes and cookware; comfy furniture, lovely lighting and fixtures, amazing showers and vanities, a living room and family room; comfortable front porch furniture AND a turntable with records! I would not have minded bad weather at all, because I could curl up in this great house and read or watch Ted

Had a great time while staying at southbound stays. It had ALL the amenities and higher touch items such as extra toiletries. The kitchen was perfect and had everything that we needed to prepare meals. We brought our dogs who loved spending time in the front yard. Beautiful bnb that we would definitely stay in again!

We had a great experience at Southbound Stays (The Country Cottage) and would absolutely recommend them to others needing a short term home rental. The house was perfectly decorated and had so many thoughtful extras & amenities. In addition, the host was an excellent communicator and made us feel welcome.

Best vacation rental ever! Megan and Richard and the Southbound Stays team have thought of EVERY detail to make your stay perfect! The home is GORGEOUS, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. The location is about 2 1/2 miles from Broadway where all of the Honky Tonks are, so the Uber/Lyft rides are about $20 each way, parking is $40 ish/day if you drive down. The house is blocks away from some really great restaurants (must try the Pharmacy, GREAT drinks and burgers), grocery stores, walking distance to everything you need. From the minute we confirmed our reservation, they were sending us information to plan our visit - their guide is full of resources and helpful tips for getting around Nashville.
