Sosuite at West Lofts - West Philadelphia

I’m in Philly frequently and have used sosuite at West Lofts on 3 different occasions and I think it’s pretty good for long term stays. The lofts have a lot of space and there’s a gym on-site, as well as a lounge. Center City Philly, UPenn, and UPenn Health system aren’t that far way. The bathroom could’ve been a bit more cleaner upon arrival (only reason I did not give 5 stars). Customer service is very responsive through text if you need anything, especially for an early check in or late checkout. Will definitely book again in the future.

This company does not respond to emails and do not have a phone number to call. The lacking customer service resulted in more aggravation than assistance. The space is adequate. Note that it has many steps including those within the unit and the shower height may be an issue for tall patrons.

It's conveniently located near Penn, but it's just a gentrification nightmare. The whole process is highly app-dependent. As soon as you register you have to give a ton of information including photos of your ID. You arrive and a doorman lets you in at the side of an old converted school. It's cool and industrial and there's a game room, but there's close to no service. If you need anything you text/call people offsite and they're not that responsive. Hotel or other Airbnb is a safer bet. It's *fine* but the app-based service makes it annoying.

There is no designated parking for this location, but there is street parking. The building itself is lovely. Great for what we needed.

My stay was a quality experience , was not bothered. We was able to unify , play music at a good level , play games and have grilled burgers on a rooftop on a family get away at home.
