Sosuite at The Ovation - Avenue of The Arts

We had a lovely time. There was easy access to a person if we had questions and there were essentials downstairs that were readily available. Would definitely stay again

The actual deal with Sosuite at The Ovation, Philadelphia seems excellent -a lot of space, nice decor, reasonable price. My experience was different. If you are booking via a corporate travel agent (eg one provided by your workplace), be warned - you probably won't receive the necessary email with the code you need to access the building and your apartment (and had no idea, from the booking, that such an email would be sent). This left me as a solo woman arriving at 1.15am, in the cold and rain, outside the building for 30 minutes, trying to work out how to get inside, with all my luggage - I felt very vulnerable and nearly booked another hotel. It was only luck that some fellow residents arrived and told me I needed to download the 'Sonder' app (thought they had gone bust?) and talk to cu

I had a great stay at this 1 bedroom apartment. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The view of the city was a perfect bonus especially at night! I would recommend staying here!

Beds are very comfortable! Extra noise aids were really appreciated and worked. Only issue was set of sheets for pullout only had one sheet.

The best experience I have ever had staying in a wonderful place. It felt more like home, a luxury one. Will definitely come back here soon.
