Extended stay for school Took two weeks to get my room cleaned It’s hot or miss with staff. Some care about their job and some don’t. The place was under renovation so it was dirty and looked bad Laundry room was clean but washer smelled and dryers take twice as long to dry. I’d go to an outside laundry to wash. Good location central to most places. Give a discount if staying more than a couple weeks. They supply good cookware Dishwasher Refrigerator Microwave Blow dryer The rooms are large I know that there are many places to stay in Houston that are better

considering i’m spending $137/night plus tax and fees, you would think they could at least offer breakfast. The room was clean, and service was good though… 3/5stars.

The hotel was very convenient to me, a 7-minute walk to my conference location. The reception was good and went smoothly. Some construction was ongoing, but nothing affected my stay. The room was clean and had a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, which was excellent. The bathroom tap was sinking, and the towel hanger was not fixed to the wall. Overall, I really enjoyed the quality/price deal of my stay.

Do NOT. the most DISGUSTING hotel experience i’ve ever had. they lied online there is NO BREAKFAST For starters there are BUGS everywhere. Absolutely unacceptable condition and stingy people. Ants in the microwave, dirty dishes stained sheets, huge black roach like insects in hallways all upon arrival🤮 I tried to leave early but this place is notorious for not giving refunds and now i’m PISSED OFF. Now, Im here for 4 days, if your company truly wants to give best service who in their right mind gives one small extra toilet paper and towel? causing me to go in the middle of the night for her to give me just ONE roll??This is absolutely ridiculous, regardless length of stay I should not be having to constantly call for extra toiletries and new sheets if this hotel has it together.

Positive: Location Negative: Carpet and toilet seat were especially dirty. Excessive noise transfer between floors. No security in the parking area. Many of the guests were highly disruptive with zero consideration. Construction taking place in the lobby and common areas...
