Sonesta Simply Suites Houston Brookhollow

I had an amazing stay at Sonesta Simply Suites Houston — honestly, it’s one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! The manager, Bhaskar, is one of the most awesome and kind people I have ever met. He truly cares about the guests and makes everyone feel welcome. The housekeeping staff is excellent, and everything is always very clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is also perfect — close to many happening places in Houston, which makes it very convenient. I have been staying here for a long time and honestly don’t want to leave! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. I will definitely be back again. 😊

Positive: Dedication staff and the suites that provide bedroom and sofa bed separately that make more privacy for people who sleep in bedroom and people who rest in sofa bed Negative: Strong smell and outdated room

This was an excellent stay. The location in in the same parking lot of a couple restaurants that you can go walking to. December 2024 they went under a new management and it was great our stay, new appliances. Everything worked great and friendly staff.

The room was the worst room i was given ever in my times at a hotel period. Multiple damages and dirty.Due to my appearance. I am being very cautious about my surroundings but due to front desk receptionist Bhaskar d. He is very unprofessional and threaten me with his yelling and aggressive behavior which is personal issues agaisnt me which is not professional , which he complained and left his postion ,this is place of business not a place to show prejudice or rascit behaviors . I've been here over 31 days which make me a tenant no.longer a guest ,and I'm still being charged taxes, over priced ,and told due to hotel owner Sam personal beliefs and not obeying governing laws as well not letting me explain the laws and regulations for appropriate service from hotel receptionists and pricing

I stayed here one night only and the 4 stars review is more about the professional of employee rather than the quality of the room. The reason I come to the Sonesta Simply Suites is they offer private bedroom seperated with the sofa bed in the living room which I already got great experience at Memphis East Poplar Pike location. The room is oudated - yes because this building has been here long time ago. However, the strong weird smell on the room 323 that make us cannot sleep at night. I came to the receptionist and address my concern, she immediately showed me 3 different rooms for us to choose. Luckily the other 3 room does not have the smell of smoking blend with bleaching. We end up pick the room 321 which is next to 323 and much much better experience. I really appreciate the recept
