Sonesta Simply Suites Boston Burlington

I stayed here for a while. Over 90 days. It was a traditional move. It was cool, the staff was nice until they weren't. I left and asked why I wasn't tax exempt then the staff turned on me. It got really ugly for no reason. The sales manager was cool too and out of nowhere she stopped returning my emails and I have no idea what happened and now I'm banned from that location. C'est la vie.... Update to the response: I contacted the 3rd party I made the reservation through and they said all you had to do was link the reservations together just like the hotel I stayed at when I left there so......ya. No worries, there were some other mishaps but I won't be petty.

Stayed one night as we flew out of Boston the next a.m. This was one of the affordable hotels in Boston and was a quick Saturday a.m drive to the airport as it is about 25 min without traffic away. This is in a northern suburb of Boston but close to airport. If there was traffic that might be an issue to get to the airport fast. The room was so quiet, very nice comfortable bed and linens and huge bathroom. Large tv in room, we did not use the "suite" / kitchen but it is there if staying longer in Boston. Parking was large and well lit and there are restaurants close by. Staff was very nice. Hallways were clean and freshly decorated. Will stay here again, easy.

The room was comfortable, but the shower pressure isn’t great. The cleaning lady never took our trash after we left it outside for her to take and change the bag.||The staff that I came across were average, and only one person there that deserves 5 stars is Neil! Very nice dude and goes above and beyond for people. If I can give him 10 stars I would!

Positive: Very roomy Negative: Handicap room was not requested. The shower curtain was not water proof. Shower water ran out onto the tile floor which had a center drain. There was no shelving or counter in the bathroom, no place to set toiletries. Desk clerk was no help.

This place turned away a friend I booked a room for in the middle of a snow storm. When I tried speaking to them, they were very indifferent to the situation. Will never consider this place or any other Sonesta because of whoever was working the desk on Sunday Jan.25. They risked my friend being stranded out on the streets. Luckily the Hilton nearby was very accommodating.
