Hilton Garden Inn Boston-Burlington

I stayed at this hotel for four days while attending a work event. Unfortunately, my experience involved several maintenance and cleanliness issues. In the first room I was assigned, the automatic blinds did not work. Maintenance came to troubleshoot but was unable to fix them, so I was moved to another room. In the second room, the shower water never got properly hot. It was just warm enough to use, but clearly not functioning as it should. On my final night, two mice ran across the floor in my room. I immediately called the front desk and was moved again. Throughout my stay I also noticed large gaps under the room doors, outlet covers that did not fully cover holes in the walls, and peeling wallpaper in the hallways. Great experience at this hotel. We were traveling with a group of 30. The staff worked hard to ensure we had rooms close together. The rooms were clean and in good shape. Nice soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion in the rooms. Sheets were soft and clean. Both beds in our room had three pillows, each a different firmness and filling material--easy to find something that works. The staff were the best part of the experience--Nilofar at the front desk was particularly great, and Demetra, assistant general manager, was so helpful and kind and was kind and respectful in her interactions with her staff. The staff running breakfast were working so hard to keep up with multiple large groups. Holly Bliss and Samanta Bermudez were very helpful with reserving room for a group dinner. Well done, Hilt

I stay at Hilton Garden Inn whenever I’m in town for my business in Stoneham, and the experience is always wonderful. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful—especially Shannon, who truly goes above and beyond. She made my checkout incredibly easy this morning and always greets me with a smile. She is so sweet, kind, and helpful, and I can’t thank her enough. I always look forward to my stays here and to seeing her again next weekend. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

A Nice Stay at Hilton My recent stay at Hilton was really satisfying. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, getting me checked in in minutes—they even gave me a heads-up about nearby cafes. My room was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed that made every night’s sleep great. The Wi-Fi was fast, perfect for both browsing and work. The bathroom had fresh toiletries and a strong shower. The free breakfast spread didn’t disappoint—hot items like pancakes and sausages, plus fresh fruit and pastries. The fitness center had good equipment, too. Only a small issue: the elevator was sometimes slow during peak hours. But overall, Hilton’s solid service and comfort make it a reliable choice for any trip.

I’ve stayed here for work a few times now and am always impressed. My mouse ran out of batteries and the front desk had me covered! Amazing staff, clean rooms, and a very good location very close to the Burlington mall. Highly recommended!
