Extended Stay America Suites- Boston - Burlington

Positive: The price is decent time, but didn't stay there for the night. Negative: Yes, the smell,and rugs were not smelling nice at all. Some Rooms smelled bad from pets. Need better cleaning products. There was a few rooms that were okay.. Need a better cleaning products for tubs floors and rugs...

I was looking for a hotel that was close to the Burlington Mall while I was in the area for a long weekend before the Thanksgiving holiday, and it was an overall good experience. What they lacked in bells in whistles they made up for with great hospitality in their front desk staff. Ajay was particularly kind-hearted and went above and beyond to make sure my room was suitable and that I was valued as a guest. He and the other staff were very personable and eager to help, and that is all you can ask for when it comes to hotel hospitality. The rooms were not as updated or well-kept as I would have hoped, but for the price and proximity to the mall (right across the street and just a 10-minute walk), it worked out very well, and the people made it better than I expected.

I had an issue with a nearby extended stay America that had lost my reservation, then refused to give me the original price I had paid for. This place helped me out of a tight spot, but admittedly it wasn’t phenomenal. We got checked inn and found the floor of our room was pretty dirty. Looked like someone swept it up and then tried sweeping it under the beds and counters rather than picking it up. For what it is, the breakfast isn’t bad. The muffins they have up there are actually great. Staff was 50/50. There was one woman who was lovely to talk to and very eager to help us, while there was another gentleman who flat out looked angry if you spoke to him. I had to ask for a late checkout from him and he he said they didn’t offer one, but then my work partner went up and asked someone else

I had a great stay at Extended Stay America in Burlington! The hotel is in an excellent location—close to everything and very convenient. I especially want to shout out Tatianna and Cesar; they are truly the best! Both were welcoming, helpful, and made my stay feel comfortable from start to finish. Because of the great service and location, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I had a bad feeling when I saw a grocery cart next to the entranceway. Website does not depict reality of the rooms. Disgusting room, my chicken coop is cleaner. No lightbulbs in the lamps, the bathroom is gross with blood in the tub, everything is rusty and the shower curtain is too short and doesn’t even go down to the tub. The heat doesn’t work. Filthy carpet. The couch is filthy. Staff was nice. The pictures look better than in person. I know the management’s will have their standard canned thank you for giving us your feedback. We do everything we can to make everyones stay comfortable and we’ll look into this blah blah blah. Don’t stay here!
