What a criminally run “hotel”, if you can call it that. Only check in at this hotel if you like getting ripped off. Booked this hotel during a very stressful time when my flight was last-minute cancelled due to Winter Storm Fern in January 2026. Thousands of flights cancelled. This hotel was eager to take my money out of my desperation for a room, but suddenly would not answer phone calls or emails when a last minute change was needed (because my re-booked flight was then cancelled). Due to their “no refund” policy, they took my money even though I didn’t get to stay. Literally tried to cancel 20 minutes after booking the room. Purely for ethical reasons I would NEVER stay at this hotel chain. They pocket money from desperate people. Criminal business model. Stay with a reliable

So I had to go here because my flight got canceled so I had to pick the closet hotel to the airport when i got in the place looked like it was shut down, dark and empty after I checked in went up to the room, first thing I notice is the lights didn’t work so I had to use my phone flashlight. The bathroom was the worst part, the floor of the bath was scratched and there was duct tape all over the shower walls, also all the paint is scratched off where it says hot cold on off so it took me 10 min to figure out how to turn on the shower also they are old and the whole room is old, poorly decorated and not like any other hotel😡 I couldn’t sleep well because of constant noise once I finally got to sleep I woke up at 3 am due to the AC rattling it was super loud so i sat there I couldn’t fall

Positive: Loved the openness of the room, how the room was designed, loved the lobby area, how spacious it was, it looked like a family gathering was happening in the lobby while checking in & seemed very family-friendly and bright. Front Desk attendants were good Negative: You can see the streak/smudge markings on the flooring in the common areas & hallways - maybe just need buffing or a different type of flooring cleaning agent. If Starbucks can be open in the evening too, I was told they are only open 6am-9am.

I called the hotel to book directly because I wanted to ensure there was availability for Park and Ride. The process to book was slow and far from seamless. The representative on the phone kept giving me room rates that were much higher than what I was seeing on the website. I practically had to barter to get the rate that was advertised on the website, which I’ve never had to do before for a hotel. I was never emailed confirmation, so I had to call the hotel again to ask, and again, no confirmation was sent. Finally, after calling a third time a few days later, one was sent.||Check in at the hotel was easy and the room was immaculate. Room nice and clean. Fridge was warm even on coldest setting. Main room entry light was flickering. Balcony a big plus. No real restaurant but they did have limited dinner to order. Front desk staff very nice. Woman making food was more interested in her phone conversation than conversation with guests. No bar. No pool.
