This was a Marriott back in the day! Right off highway, Shopping centers close by with multiple food options. Jake n Joes is next door (Full service Restaurant/Bar- Go Pats! ) Big selling point here is that most rooms have a balcony with sliding doors for "outside" acces, which is great if you dislike feeling locked into a hotel room! The hotel itself did not smell like weed/vapes as you can literally go outside of your room! Note to dog/pet owners- I think they are pet friendly? If you are on the first floor,open the patio door and you can take your pet out for a walk! Seems like a clean updated property,plenty of parking,has a gym. Price was legit for the area sometimes the Beantown hotels gouge ya! It's not a five star,full-service,valet kind of spot but it beats the local hampton,

NEVER NEVER NEVER will we stay here again! We booked for 4 days, with a small dog. During booking I was told that the cost would be $602. Checking in, I provided my charge card. Then, after he ran the card he told me I needed a $50 deposit for the dog. I told him that it was already included in the bill but he insisted that I needed to provide an additional $50 that would be returned on check out! During the stay I found a charge for over $850 from the hotel, followed by one for $187. I went and spoke with the front desk and, after a while, he said that he would fix it and when I checked out I would get a receipt. Well, I checked out and was charged $75 TWICE for the pet. The policy, according to the website said a charge ONCE during the stay less that 7 days! He said, oh no, we charge $75

I booked through a third party, and there was some confusion about weather I had pre-paid or not upon check-in. However, it was handled very smoothly by staff, and they allowed me to go up to my room and take a few minutes to check through my records (instead of standing in line with people waiting behind me). I had a King room with sofa, and it was absolutely wonderful. Clean, modern, very comfortable. All the amenities a traveler might want: TV (with Netflix available), microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, shampoo/conditioner/lotion, extra blanket, etc. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Ive stayed here 3 times over past year. Have never had an issue. Easy check-in, clean, and most importantly quiet(but that depends on whats happening in the area, pats, concerts). Checked in early 2 days ago at 11am and waived the $25 fee. This is my go to from now on. Id recommend booking through expedia. Thanks sonesta

Had a great time. Rooms were spacious and clean, service was great, Cash at the front desk was very helpful with assisting my reservation needs! Food selection is very limited, however there are restaurants just around the corner. Glad I stayed here.
