Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Foxborough

10 out of 10. We stay at a lot of Marriott properties and this one was easily the nicest, cleanest most up to date Residence Inn we have been to. The bedding is upgraded Marriot Quality as well. Newer building, very clean, very quiet and easy to get to Gillette Stadium via Shuttle. Extremely friendly staff as well. Greatest with a smile and just nice people.

This is a decent hotel that has very large rooms with a full kitchen, a couch and desk so there is a ton of living space. The TV was good sized and had a nice selection of channels that worked. The bed was just okay but the mattress seemed a little worn and springy. Oddly the room was refreshed the first night but no one seemed to show up the remaining 3 nights to make the bed and change the towels. The carpet had some frayed areas in the room, especially at the junctions where there was tile. The elevator makes a lot of banging and clanking noises and the carpet looks pretty dingy inside it.||The heating/air system worked well but sounded like a train horn when starting up, which actually woke me up out of a sound sleep a few times. Positive: Location Negative: Plenty. The place stinks terribly, all my things still smell like that place and I've washed them. I was going to look past that, but then the room was only cleaned/bedding and towels replaced ONE day. The cockroach in the bathroom my last morning 🤢🤮

Convenient location, near a handful of chains for coffee/food like Starbucks and Cava. Free parking. Basic room was quite expensive (2 nights during winter, no Gillette event, were around $600). Shower pressure wasn’t great since the bath faucet in the room wouldn’t switch to the shower head during my stay. Free breakfast was basic. Cleaning staff were nice, room was clean and bed comfortable.

Rooms: Very clean Lots of space Full kitchen Bed comfy Location: Nothing in walking distance but luckily we had a car to go shopping Came for the patriots game and drive wasn’t far from Gillette stadium Service: We stayed Wednesday-Saturday I wasn’t impressed because housekeeping never came and never gave us fresh towels either for our stay. Front desk staff was very nice during check in and check out. Free breakfast was great i wish they had the quiche more as it was better then the scrambled eggs. I liked the toppings for the oatmeal station and the amount of space there was to sit in the lobby/sitting for breakfast. Overall I was very impressed with our stay for the patriots game will definitely be returning
