Comfort Inn Foxboro - Mansfield

We had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Inn in Foxborough, MA. From the moment we arrived, the employees were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful, which truly made us feel at home. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a lovely bathroom — everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. There was a great variety of options including waffles, eggs, bagels, cereal, juice, and fresh fruit — a perfect start to the day. The location is also excellent, close to Boston and very convenient. There’s even a Ninety Nine Restaurant right beside the hotel, which serves delicious meals at very reasonable prices. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again.

Positive: Room was clean Negative: The heating unit made an insanely loud noise and I had to turn it off. The TV didn't work. Lots of ambient noise. Breakfast was a joke. A pot of coffee, a jug of juice, and a loaf of bread with a toaster in a dark room. No working ice machines.

The price was good. Continental breakfast not up to usual standards.

My wife and I stayed at the Comfort Inn Foxboro-Mansfield for one night, and while it wasn't the worst hotel experience we've ever had, there were so many things that could have made it better. For starters, something that we didn't know until we arrived is that this property is really two hotels in one - a Comfort Inn and a Mainstay Suites. There was a sign indicating where the front desk was for Mainstay Suites, but zero signage indicating where the desk for the Comfort Inn was. So we drove around the entire building looking for where the Comfort Inn entrance was, only to discover that both the Comfort Inn and Mainstay Suites have the same entrance and front desk. Could the signage be improved to clarify this? I'm sure we couldn't have been the only ones who were confused by this. Once

I have never stayed here but I had guests stay here before COVID. The guest in the more recent review who said the room was dirty and had to sleep sitting up in a chair made me think that I would never have anyone stay here again until the hotel is completely (including new sheets, furniture, etc) redone. It was used as a migrant hotel for the past couple of years and the problem is that after it is converted back to a regular hotel - it seems the hotels needs a complete do over and if this is not done the hotel gets poor ratings. When people stay for free they don't take care of things because there is no value.
