Americas Best Value Inn Foxboro

Had a cousin staying there during February 26-28 we’re Very Disgusted and Disrespected! At first everything was going smooth just cigar and marihuana smell. until they went out in the morning and came back to the room not being cleaned not even cleaned towels. But that’s not the issue here THEY FOUND A LUBE BOTTLE IN THE ROOM OPENED SPILLED ALL OVER THE FLOOR, WHICH DIDNT BELONG OR NEITHER BROUGHT BY THEM. VERY CONCERNING!!! DID ANYBODY WENT IN THE ROOM!!! WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THEY LEFT!!! IS ANYBODY GOING TO BE RESPONSIBLE//ACCOUNTABLE!!!!! SPOKE TO THE FRONT DESK AND MANAGER THEY TOLD US THEY WOULD CHECK THE CAMERAS THEN AFTERWARDS TOLD US THEY WOULD GIVE DETAILS IN THE MORNING WE AGREED AND STAY UNTIL WE FOUND A NEW PLACE TO STAY. NEXT DAY NO ONE KNEW ANYTHING FRONT DESK JUST TOLD THEM

The lobby bathroom had throw up on the ground and floor in the stall. As well as the urnals dont have any privacy they are directly 6 inches apart with no walls in between. Yikes. Cant speak for the hotel rooms as we only paid to park at the hotel for a Patriots game. but still extremely nasty aroma of weed and cigs in the lobby.

This is a great place to stay! The room was very clean and equipped, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The in-house pub was a plus with tasty food and drink. Conveniently located to all sorts of food and fun! I would absolutely stay there again, and the cost was very reasonable.

Let's begin with the obvious, it's America's Best Value Inn. VALUE. This is not the Ritz Carlton, it is not the Four Seasons. If you have fair and reasonable expectations for what this chain is, they you probably won't be disappointed. Now, I will say that we have never stayed at any one of this chain's locations as it is generally not they level of accommodations that we would entertain as an option. Now, despite some of it's shortcomings, we did not have any issues, as a whole, with the grounds, the facility, or even the room. Again, have fair and reasonable expectations.||Start from the beginning. Upon entry into the building it looks old and baron and had a slight funk in the air. The front desk service, checking in and overnight, was great. The room (and much of the property) smelled like an ashtray covered in very strong (yet ineffective) deodorizer. The room was in adequate shape, but noticably worn and dated. The walls are very thin and the room next door was either hosting an amateur wrestling/karaoke night. The parking lot hosts tailgating during game day, so parking was more difficult than we expected.
