Renaissance Boston Patriot Place Hotel

So for the good stuff, the night staff at the front desk was awesome, they totally went above and beyond to help me get a room that worked for me. And the waitress in the kitchen was great, and the food itself was really good too. I also like that you can use the destination fee at the market and bar, and they have a well-stocked kitchen, plus they give out passes for the stadium and cupcakes. Large parking lot and easy to walk to stadium or food. The not-so-good things: in the end rooms, there's a loud screeching noise from the air conditioning that you can hear inside the room. The maintenance guy doesn't seem to care or is just not good at his job, because it's an easy fix if he just cleaned the air duct and tightened the blades. Marriott shouldn't let that kind of noise or carelessness

Perfect location! Gillette stadium is a few steps away, shopping, restaurants right outside the door. The bar had a DJ and very lively. Great time!

This is the best place to stay if you’re going to a game or seeing a concert at Gillette. We went to the Coldplay concert and the walk across the parking lot was so convenient. We were happy not to have to deal with traffic and parking or the crowded trains from Boston. Our room was big and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We also appreciated the $25 food and drink credit and free cupcakes. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

I can not say enough amazing things about this hotel. I was originally booked at the other hotel in Patriot Place, long story short a month prior to my stay I had my debit card stolen and the hotel canceled my stay without 1 single phone call to notify me. I arrived after a 6 hour trip, no car, and pregnant to find my room was canceled and the hotel did nothing to try and accommodate me. I went over to the renaissance and Darci at the front desk did EVERYTHING she could and got me a room on a Saturday night, last minute. The room was great along with the restaurant/bar downstairs. My family who stayed at the other hotel in patriot place saw how much better the Renaissance was and will be staying here for our future trips. Thank you again to Darci and the entire staff!

Great hotel. Rooms are nice, mattresses are comfortable, and the rooms are quiet (which is always a concern of mine). You can't beat the location if you want to spend some extra time around Gillette for an event or just have fun eating and drinking at Patriot Place. I would give 5 stars but the hotel has a weird billing item which the front desk does not explain to you when you check in. You will be charged $25 for a "Destination Program' which allows for a credit in Twenty8, offers free cupcake coupons to Cupcake Charlie's, free admissions for two to the Patriot Hall of Fame, and slew of other discounts to the local businesses. It's a great deal and I thought it was an optional program to sign up for. I went back to the desk and asked for the program and they said it is automatically char
