PROS: The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff was very pleasant and check in was a breeze. Great location. CONS: cleanliness could be improved as we found 2 packs of blueberries on top of the fridge that must have been there a while, as they were moldy and shrunken. We had NO shower curtain, there was dirt and hair on the wall behind the bathroom door, and I have never stayed in a hotel where there were NO trash bags in the trash cans. (We were in room 1425)
I mostly enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable and our neighbors were quiet (at least when in their rooms).||The issue I would point out, however, is that it was not made clear via their website or phone call that I would be required to pay $50 per day to park on site. The website and the front desk attendant made it clear that there WAS parking, but they failed to mentioned it wasn't included.
I was disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel in Philadelphia. My initial room was not clean—the carpet was dirty and stained, which immediately made the space feel uncomfortable. I requested a room change, and while the second room was a bit better, the bathtub was clogged and water filled up while showering. That said, the staff were very nice and everyone I interacted with was friendly and willing to help. Overall, though, the property itself feels like it needs significant renovation and better maintenance. The kindness of the staff was the highlight of my stay, but the condition of the rooms would keep me from returning unless improvements are made.
Positive: Convenient location, great staff Negative: Very loud, lots of people talking in hallways at night and yelling out in the streets, disturbing our sleep. The hotel room was very clean, but showed signs of wear and tear. Lobby was always crowded, which was overwhelming.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! We had booked this hotel for a quick weekend trip which has turned into a complete nightmare. We arrived to the hotel and we were not greeted. We stood there at the desk in front of three workers who did not address us until we had to ask to be helped. We were forced to have our vehicle valeted which was an additional 50 dollars each night we stayed. The valet workers and process was inefficient and blatantly rude. If you need to grab something from your vehicle they will go out and loudly complain they have to get your vehicle because you are not aloud to walk to your vehicle and try and pressure you to grab your items out of your vehicle and drive your vehicle without care, recklessly through the narrow garage. The room itself you will find dirt, dust, and lef
