Staff is super accommodating and helpful! No hot tub, and the Continental breakfast is majorly lacking. If you count on the "free meal" it's there and available but variety and quality are subpar. I went to breakfast on my first morning, I didn't go back on my 6 day stay. Starbucks is just down the road for breakfast along with IHOP and cracker barrel.

Positive: The gym was small but got done what was needed. The breakfast was amazing. The pool was acceptable. The rooms were nice and quiet and didn't have smoke smell. Linen was good. No bugs. The staff was nice and even said pleasantries when just walking bye. Negative: The parking lot needs a repave but not sure how much that affected my stay. This hotel is connected to the historical (no longer used) convention center. It kinda makes the outsode seem sad and the fire pit in the back doesn't really have a nice view.

This Hotel has Big beautiful rooms at unbeatable prices. Breakfast ends at 9 sharp, so we are not used to this. Many other hotels end at 9:30 or 10:00. The 24/7 free water is TAP water (so be aware). Furthermore, there were no Towels in the pool area, and the water is only warm during the day when the sun is out, otherwise, should you take a dip late at night- it will be too cold. The sundries store was out of a few items, and that was too bad as the items out of stock were the items we were most interested in. There are NO vending machine so we thought this to be unusual. The 24/7 Coffee station has free Coffee but with a drawback: The Coffee tastes old. Furthermore, there is no Tea, unless you request it. The Computers are in working order! Overall, it was a good night's stay. The king-bed room was a little small compared to others we've stayed in, but it was clean and comfortable. We had issues with the heat not working. We were heading out to supper, so we told then before we left that the heat did not appear to be working, and when we got back, I called, and they said they'd come up to look at it, but we waited a pretty long time and nobody came. My hubs went down to the front desk and found the two guys working just sitting there. They ended up having us move to a different room, where the the heat worked marginally better. Very minimal TV-channel selection. The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable. We'd stay there again.

Reserved online. Arrived at property confirmed type of room with front desk clerk. I had reserved 2 bed accessabile. Up to room. Not accessible. Back down to front desk. Told clerk wrong room. Suddenly "well 2 days ago we had a water leak"....okay please put us in another accessible. We don't have another 2 bed room. BTW you booked wrong room. Got out phone and showed him confirmation of 2bed handicapped room. On and on this went. I requested a refund of my payment and we'd go elsewhere. More rhetoric....big hotel, several foors, but only 1 room. Desk clerk trying to get us to pay for 2 rooms. Shame on them. We left. Hampton Inn was very glad to help us.
