The hotel was okay overall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my room felt very outdated and a bit grimy. Found 2 spiders on the couch.The walls were dirty with visible cracks, the couches were stained and ripped, and the door didn’t seem to lock properly, which made me feel a little uneasy. With some updates and better maintenance, this could be a much better stay.

This hotel has a lot of potential and some things are good but several things let it down. Some furniture in our room (#350) were pretty worn out and the dining table chairs had several stains. ||Positives, though: Not noisy (was not full when we stayed there) decent basic breakfast and friendly breakfast staff. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels pretty clean. ||Suggestions for improvement: Extend breakfast time to 9 at least. 8:30 is too early for families on vacation. Ensure the door cards work. Guests should not have to go to the front desk to reprogram them. Don't stuff leftover napkins from one box into another. That's disgusting. And most importantly, CHANGE DIRTY and WORN OUT FURNITURE. When you do, avoid the dated dark wood tones.

Positive: Fridge. Convenient. Nice size room. Negative: The rooms need to be updated. Furniture from the 1970s. TV channels do not work. The bed sunk in the middle. Mediocre breakfast. Noisy A/C. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room and we had to ask for linen.

My spouse and I have been here almost 6 months for my spouses work. When we arrived everything was great. After a few weeks the pool was shut down for almost a month and a half. Once that was fixed the propane grill broke and they no longer have one at all. Also, they have never had any good washers or dyers. For the past month there is only one dryer that you have to tape closed and pray it stays closed & even then you are lucky to get your clothes to dry at all. I wanted to point this out to long term people. We were across the street and came here for the pool for me to use while he was at work all day and we like to grill our dinners but that changed quickly too. Laundry well I suggest you go to laundry mat. It’s unfortunate cause the staff & our room are great. I don’t understand why

However, I want to clarify that this was not the hotel's fault; they were simply following their grooming procedures. The staff was incredibly polite and maintained a high level of professionalism, ensuring that all guest confidentiality was respected. The manager Kurt Thomas who came to assist me early in the morning was outstanding. His professionalism and willingness to help made a significant difference, and I truly appreciate his efforts in resolving the situation and assisting me with my belongings.
