Arrived at 420 for check in .. long line .. at least 7 guests/families ahead of me . Everyone was being turned away because there was no room available at the time regardless of reservation . INCLUDING ME . I did not get to check into my hotel until after 7 . I deserve a partial refund for the inconvenience . Also, they said there was no parking available - how do ? If I got a room facing the garage and it was plenty spaces available . I paid $44 for overnight parking at the end of the street .. very inconvenient. Then not to mention while checking I. - a guest showed the receptionist of a suspect vandalizing cars on property and all he said was thank you for reporting it.. wow. There isn't enough staff for good service. We tried calling several times about parking and there was no answer. When we finally got to the hotel there was a long line at check in and only one receptionist. Usually for a hotel this size you need a minimum of two. Also we kept running out of food during breakfast and there was only one employee. Good luck getting pancakes. Both the receptionist and employee were doing amazing as best as they could!! It had nothing to do with their efficiency. A hotel this size knows pretty well it needs more staff. This is your classic case of cutting costs by just cutting workers.

The rooms are spacious and there is a main dining area and a living room. All the facilities are available to use. If you don't know where that is, it is likely located on a nearby map. The lamps are bright in the bedrooms and the bathrooms are good too.||Although, the television only has about 30 channels and the breakfast bar is limited. The pool is small and only 3ft deep. The washing machine is hard to use as it took me and my mum 10 minutes to figure it out. ||Overall, the hotel has been quite average but San Antonio is an excellent city to be.

Positive: Valet attendant was very nice and outging. Nicest room I have ever stayed in; spacious and clean. Loved the kitchenette, and the size of the bathroom. Felt safe knowing that you cannot used the elevator without a keycard. Negative: ""

My family and I stayed here for two nights, we checked in on Christmas Eve. The front desk clerk was very friendly and the valet parking lot attended was very nice as well. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The view was pleasant and the location was perfect. I was not happy with the parking fee of $40 each day, so I found parking on the street and saved a ton. Parking was free from 6pm to 8am which was good. During the day it was 30cents a hour so I paid for a few hours up until I was leaving for the day. It worked out just fine and many others ppl did the same. The second day of staying the oven broke so there was very little breakfast , mainly cereal or oatmeal , but the next day the breakfast was ready and served as they had a great selection. I recommend this hotel.
