My husband and I came up to getaway and have a romantic evening. We were greeted by a few dogs growling and barking at us behind the counter. Well this room killed the romance! It was 75 degrees in our room, a little warm for us so I turned on the air-conditioner. Oh my goodness it sounded like a big rig was in our room. Next the refrigerator when it clicks on it sounds like a rusty old water heater and that lasts for 30min. And it does it every hour and a half. 3rd thing the toilet was a huge issue!!! Also Dirty floor which had the previous tenants hair in the corners and in shower. My husband & I went out have dinner and gamble and returned to a clogged toilet. At 10:30pm he went to office to complain & thats when we returned, they handed him a plunger. It is now 5 a.m. and I still c

Positive: "" Negative: The hotel lies about their pet policies. Get ready to pay $100.00. Plus the $5 dollar a night parking fee. Avoid this hotel. Motel 6 is a better option compared to this hotel.

The third-floor room was spacious and well-appointed (plates, cups, silverware, etc.) on our first night, but the same style first-floor room on our second visit was meant for handicapped persons and did not include the same appointments. Both rooms were quiet. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were from powder.

Gina at the front desk absolutely changed my stay at this location. We arrived incredibly exhausted and with very little hope of a room being available after a 9- hr traveling day. We had an Airbnb reserved but when we arrived it was not suitable at all, for my family. It was around midnight that we arrived and Gina greeted us with a warm smile and treated us with such kindness that I will never forget. The rooms were extremely clean, quiet and spacious.The grounds were so welcoming and had a roaring fire pit. We went to the free breakfast late, so we didn’t get many options but we still did not leave hungry. We were in a 2 bedroom suite. We felt so safe the beds were comfortable and we had so much room. This is a specific review about how a staff member, Melissa, provided excellent service. She works the front desk but went way beyond her job duties. She quickly solved a problem for me. After checking out, I got on a plane. When I discovered on the plane I no longer had my wedding ring on, I called Melissa on our first stop. She quickly sent housekeeping to check the room. They found my ring and took it to Melissa and she promptly called me to let me know the good news! Melissa and the housekeeping staff get 5 Stars for exceptional customer service!
