Very clean and well presented apartment in a great location. It’s not luxury but totally functional base for my husband and I plus 18yr old daughter to enjoy a three night visit to Washington. Kitchen had all the basics, good shower with plenty of hot water. Very clean and beds were comfy. Great value. Loved Georgetown too with waterfront bars within 5 min walk and a pretty high street with lots of shops, bars and cafes. Special shout out too to the gentleman on reception who was really helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

Georgetown is a great place to base yourself so the hotel location is 10/10. Short walk to the main street and close to bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and well maintained and large. The kitchen was very well equipped with full sized cooker, fridge freezer, microwave etc. The bathroom was a little outdated but sufficient for our needs. This is our 3rd stay in an American hotel this month and I always seem to have the same complaint - the lighting! As with my other 2 stays there is little/no overhead lighting and you have to rely on lamps etc. This gives a very gloomy effect to the rooms and really spoils it for me. I must also note that we had been pre-warned of some construction noise but had not expected it to start from 07:00 so that was unfortunate and woke us every

I stayed here for one night, and while the space itself had some positives, the experience was frustrating overall. The living room and bedroom were nice, the mattress was comfortable, the sofa couch was better than expected, and the kitchen was decent. Parking was also easier to find than I anticipated thanks to a nearby garage. I was able to check in two hours early, but it cost an extra $40. The biggest issue was repeatedly getting locked out of the Airbnb because the codes provided didn’t work—on my first night around 10pm, I couldn’t get in and since there were no employees available, I had to call the apartment building directly to receive another code, while the host took 2.5 hours to respond. The next morning, neither code worked again and I had to wait for someone to open the door

This hotel was a more than pleasant surprise for us! For a great price, we got a full apartment with a kitchen and a large refrigerator! Cleanliness is at a high level, just like the style in which the entire hotel is furnished. We didn’t have any contact with the staff because there was simply no need, but someone was always available at the reception during the day. In front of the hotel, there’s a turnstile so you can drive in with a car and easily turn around. We can highly recommend this hotel!

I’ve never had a more frustrating experience trying to resolve a simple reservation issue. I originally booked a Sonder stay through Booking.com and reached out well in advance to extend my stay by one night. A Sonder representative confirmed via text that I could add the extra night at the same rate - but despite spending over two hours on the phone, getting transferred between Sonder, Booking.com, and even Marriott, no one helped me complete the booking. Every time I called, I was either put on hold for 20+ minutes or disconnected. By the time someone finally responded, the room I was trying to book was no longer available - because of their delay. I asked Sonder to honor the confirmed rate for the only available unit, and was met with more runaround. No one took ownership, and I had no
