Positive: Nothing, the sheets was filthy dirty, the bed was not comfortable, dirty every where. Homeless running around on the steps, and on the elevator. Negative: Everything.

Disgusting, unsafe and filthy "hot sheets motel". Do not, I repeat, DO NOT stay here. FIlthy dirty and so gross. Room smelled like cigarettes, dirty clothes strewn about outside, tub was peeling and the finish was coming off, and the bathroom did not have a functional light, which meant we would be showering in the pitch black.||Additionally, they clearly state an "Airport Shuttle" which is one of the primary reasons I booked this accommodation. I have attached a screenshot of the listing where you can clearly see "Airport Shuttle" is a listed amenity. ||Upon check in, I asked about how to make arrangements for the "airport shuttle" to get us to the airport the following day. The person at the front desk informed me the "Airport Shuttle" was ME ordering my OWN Lyft, Uber, or Taxi Service t

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter regarding my hotel booking on October 18th. Here are the details: - I made a booking in person using my credit card. - Within 20 minutes, I requested to cancel the booking and asked for a refund. - The staff member who assisted me confirmed that the refund would be processed and credited back to my credit card by October 20th or 21st. However, I have not yet receive the refund. I have attached the supporting documents for your reference. I kindly request that you process the refund immediately. If I do not hear back from you or receive the refund within a short period, I will be forced to take further action, including posting negative reviews on social media and filing a formal complaint. Terrible Experience – Would Never Stay Again I booked a non-smoking room, but as soon as I checked in, the room was filled with a strong tobacco smell. I requested a room change and was given one on the ground floor, but unfortunately, it had the exact same problem. Since it was very late at night, I had no choice but to stay. The situation outside my room was just as bad – homeless people were constantly wandering and arguing right in front of my door, sometimes even fighting. I barely got any sleep. On top of that, the room phone didn’t work, so I couldn’t even call reception directly. The next morning at 7 AM, loud construction work started right next to my wall. Got to this hotel and the parking lot was pretty small and difficult to park my car in. The room is really nice and comfortable. Sadly the toilet in the room I am in is loose on the floor so it moves if I shift my weight. Overall really nice. Microwave was not working n the room when I got here but the gentleman at the desk brought me one when I called so that I could eat the food I bought. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you don’t have a lot of money for one. Literally only paid like $150 for 2 nights on booking.com snd honestly I would stay here again if I ever find myself in the area. Great rooms, affordable price!
