Sole inn

An okay room for a budget hotel, but the staff truly make the difference! Everyone was wonderful, and the housekeeper did an amazing job keeping our room spotless. For future guests, please remember to tip the housekeepers they work hard, are very helpful, and keep everything clean. The location is also fantastic, making it a great choice for travelers on a budget.

Upon arrival, there was NO PARKING. I was told to park on the street, it should not be a problem. Woke up to a ticket on my vehicle. Also woke up to the bathroom flooding from upstairs. Called the front desk twice before anyone showed up to access the situation. Was told there were no other rooms available. So now, I’m waiting for the manager to get here to see where we go from here. This is utterly ridiculous.

I booked a room at the sole inn, more than 100 days in advance (to drive in from out of town) for the Gulf Coast Arts Festival in November. I received a call 13 days before check-in, informing me of a renovation set to begin and my reservation had been canceled. No offer of referral, help with alternative lodging - nothing. I was told these are not emergency repairs - nor storm damage remediation, but a renovation just before one of the area's annual, keystone events. Looked like a cool spot in town, but I'll never patronize a hotel that leaves you stranded, literally at the last minute - with no offer of assistance.

Very clean and staff is amazing located in the heart of downtown Pensacola- This small corner lot is surrounded by all things that make Pensacola a tourists go to location. 3 floors with an elevator and all outdoor entrances to rooms. Beautiful patio area with gazebo and fountain. The have Happy Hour From 5 to 7 daily with free beer and wine with a side of chips and salsa

Wish I could give it a 10 star rating if I could. Eugene went above and beyond to take care of us with snacks and room key dilemmas! Great place to stay with family.
