Sol Cypress, San Antonio, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

I went there today after church to eat lunch inside their restaurant Roam & Range (chef's kiss) and decided to do a tour of the property. It is AMAZING!! So clean. Super friendly staff especially Caitlin at the front desk. The atmospher felt peaceful, and relaxed...away from all the hustle and bustle. It feels safe, and a great place to do a retreat, staycation, etc. The riverwalk is right here also. I love this place! Oh, and the SMELL!! I never been into a hotel that smelled so good!! All in all, great quality, top tier restauraunt and the food was fabulous! You can enjoy outside or inside and hold different events there and everything feel just as special. Sol Cypress Hotel didn't skip a beat! Great views too!💖 THANK YOU!!

I travel for work over 100 nights a year, and because of that I rarely leave reviews—especially for hotels. But my experience at Sol Cypress absolutely deserves one. This was actually my second stay at this property, and my most recent visit was for two full weeks. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The hotel itself is fantastic—great location, very clean, modern rooms, and a great restaurant—but what really sets this place apart is the staff. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly hospitable. They addressed me by name, were easy to talk to, and consistently showed a level of attentiveness and professionalism that you simply don’t see very often. Two people in particular stood out. Very nice and friendly staff

A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The food in the restaurant's was delicious. The location was perfect. Our room had a balcony which was lovely. The pool and spa and the outdoor fireplace were enjoyable in the evening. With plenty of chairs to relax in. Especial thanks to Richard, the Valet attendant, who was extremely friendly and suggested some awesome places to visit on our trip, which we did and had an amazing time. Thank you so very much for making our visit extra special.

We let the staff know that we had a service animal and were treated like royalty. They accommodated us with a darling room that has access directly to their private dog park. Tucker loved the convenience. The hotel and rooms were clean and well appointed. The room rates were very reasonable and we loved the access to walking the Riverwalk. The sesame crusted ahi tuna salad that was served in their restaurant was delicious. We have a new favorite hotel to stay in.
