Snowbird Observation Point

It is a short flat easy hike. Without stopping, you could do it within 25-30 mind ( 5 mins to enjoy the view at the observation desk). Kids friendly and can even bring the stroller. Hard thing is to identify the starting point. Go into the Snowbirds Center, then from the restroom, make a turn to exit outside. Then you will see the trail on the right. Mostly shaded. I included pics to show the route.

This is the observation deck of the Snowbird Observation Trail. It’s largely paved to get here and I wish I’d brought the stroller. We had trouble identifying the beginning of the trail - just head toward the play area right near the ski lift tram and it’s behind that. It’s a quick hike but this view is excellent. From this deck (at least when there’s no snow) you can also hike farther up the ski slopes behind it to the south. I’d recommend this as you’ll encounter even more natural beauty everywhere. The deck has a long bench to sit, so bring a lunch and take a quick walk up here sometime - tell ‘em Sean sent you!
