Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City/Sandy

Had an amazing time at this hotel. It was so well run. We were greeted by Pedro when we checked in and he was so friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond for us. Later, Anna helped us print some items and we felt like they were just so friendly. This is clearly an established hotel that knows what they are doing. Well done, great staff! Rooms were very clean and what you'd expect.

Positive: It was nice Negative: The bathroom vent didn’t work and no one at the hotel knew how to fix it. The bathtub drain was clogged and the tub would fill with water as I was taking a shower.

By far the worst hotel i have ever had the misfortune to stay at. It's near the freeway so traffic noise is constant. The rooms are not well maintained, nearly everything is broken or in disrepair. The shower head was covered in so much scale it barely functioned, and to top it all off i accidentally left a few things when I checked out (i left to another hotel because i could no longer take it) afterwards I called the hotel to see if i could grab them and they're all gone apparently they tossed it all in the trash... it hadn't even been 24 hours. And the elevators are death traps. This place should be condemned. Save your money and your possessions and stay elsewhere. For the price point this is criminal. I am looking forward to speaking to their corporate office and will update.

This hotel is conveniently located in Sandy not far from the Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon Roads, a rapid trip to multiple ski resorts. The rooms are relatively spacious and comfortable with a Keurig coffee maker, small refrigerator, and large TV. Some of the rooms are on the side of the hotel near the highway so they can be noisy, even late at night. There is a small swimming pool and an exercise room. Breakfast is not included but there are reasonably priced options for the first meal of the day. Service was very friendly. There is plenty of free parking in front and to the side of the hotel.

Currently staying here for a work trip, they have done an amazing job with accommodations. The shuttle is much appreciated and having the breakfast vouchers really help, the food is amazing and a hot meal to start the day with a coffee is great. Friendly staff
