Residence Inn by Marriott Salt Lake City Sandy

We stayed at this hotel for five nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent and close to everything, and the mountain views are absolutely stunning. The staff truly knows how to treat guests. I have top tier lifetime status with Marriott, and they made sure to recognize that throughout our stay. I had requested a room upgrade with mountain views, and they arranged it even before we arrived. We received a thoughtful welcome gift, and the front desk team was always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spotless, the entire property was very well maintained, and the breakfast offered a good selection of items. And in a perfect travel world you would fantasize that a hotel had the friendliest, most efficient staff imaginable… and would recently have been completely renovated so everything not only feels brand new, but it is… that all the washers and dryers in not one but two different Laundry Rooms would work perfectly ($2 each, coins)… that the rooms all had screened windows that would open for a breeze — not to mention have such majestic views of the surrounding mountain ranges… that management would leave you a handwritten welcome note and a piece of Marriott chocolate befitting your loyal level… that breakfast would be delicious scrambled eggs, breads/bagels, fresh bananas, apples and tangerines, fat-free milk and lovely breakfast ladies who greet you with such a joy it will launch your day o

The staff was welcoming & always responsive. My room was quite comfortable & was nice and clean. Hot tub good, small but sufficient workout room. I liked that the stairwell was clean & carpeted. The full kitchen was nice to have. The area is clean & good for walks and not too far from restaurants. My biggest take away was that the Front Desk staff was so nice. Hannah Grace was especially helpful when I called the day before to ask questions.

We just finished a 4 night stay at the Residence Inn Sandy. It was a wonderful experience, with delicious breakfast and coffee each morning, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. The ladies that set up breakfast were attentive, made perfect scrambled eggs, and had pride for their work. Our room had a full-size closet, plenty of drawer space for clothes and everything you would need to cook in the kitchen. Thank you for a great stay!

I came over here (from ORL) for training and stayed here for a month. The kitchen staff? AMAZING! Every morning, you get a great selection, them waking up at 3-4 to get our breakfast out by 5/6. The front desk night shift, Emily #7 and Sandra ! LOVE THEMMMMM! The cutest and kindest and most informative duo. Wilma in the afternoon is so kind and sweet. Like my Grammy away from home 🥹 love this place and their staff 💖
