I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. So, I made reservations for my grand daughter’s graduation on Saturday. However, the second night was absolutely horrible. This group had small children. They were very disorderly. They were very loud and disorderly from 6pm until midnight. We complain to the front desk, but the guests wouldn’t listen to the staff. You can hear the staff members trying to corral those children, but with no prevail. We were told that they had several complaints regarding this group. So we were inconvenience because the staff didn’t implement appropriate action. Also, we were told that the next step was to call the police. The police were not called. I am writing to formally document a highly disappointing experience at the Sleep Inn in Ruston, Louisiana. From the beginning of my stay, the front desk staff was rude and inconsiderate. When I attempted to escalate my concerns, I spoke directly with the manager, Michael Conley. Instead of listening or attempting to resolve the issue, he stated that he did not have time to address my concerns because he was “on business.” This response was unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable from someone in a management role. My wife and 3 of our granddaughters did a girls Christmas getaway at Sleep Inn in Ruston because of the great experiences we had in the past. The Lady at the desk was so very friendly and helpful and dealt with me in such a professional and cheerful manner when I made the reservations. My wife and granddaughters found their room to be clean and detailed perfectly. Thank you for such a great experience.

Excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, rooms and bathrooms very spacious. Loved the decor. We were able to check in earlier and it was an added plus that my daughter was able to nap between her swimming events. The breakfast bar was great and the food was very good quality! I will absolutely return to this hotel again!

Alana, Moe, the manager, and the front desk staff are the embodiment of incompetence and rudeness. Alana and the manager, a pompous white male whose name I can’t recall have horrendous attitudes. When my husband tried to get clarity on a mistake they made, the manager arrogantly barked, 'Let me set you straight,' and was incredibly ignorant when speaking to my husband. We booked three nights but ended up fleeing after two. On the second day, our room keys stopped working.
