Sleep Inn & Suites Memphis Southeast

I'm not hard to please. The only things that really matter to me are the essentials and my money, but this place is just not a good experience for either of those. We stay in a hotel a couple times month and we're trying a new place in this area that was a little more cost efficient. So for a few dollars less, we got broken Ac, a hard bed, a broken hot fridge, no microwave in the building, a broken toilet with an awful sewage smell in the room, and stained sheets. Like I said we're not hard to please, so we're already here. We don't see bugs or filfth anywhere. It could be worse, and it's only for a day and a half. I’m a frequent guest and appreciate the value for money balance. Yet, the service level and room quality is unfortunately inconsistent. This visit was a better one on the room #110 and actual breakfast on time ready. However, upon arrival, I had to wait for about 10 minutes until the receptionist appeared from down the hallway. Again, this is Ok for me, but just not something I would recommend d to everyone.

I love this hotel and location. It’s always been my favorite hotel to go to since I was a teenager , for parties , or just a getaway.. I’ve been here for a while recently during a time of place looking and staff is very friendly, always nice to my babies.I can observe their main priority is to make sure the establishment is up to par, and they take pride in their hotel. The rooms are clean, nice, and spacious. They serve breakfast every morning, also it’s many food places nearby to go!

I'll start this by saying, if I hadn't been stuck in this place for work, I would have paid twice as much for a better choice. Absolutely disgusting; one of the worst US hotels I've stayed in over 20 years. My first room on the 5th floor was uninhabitable due to other guests smoking weed. The entire floor stunk. Not sure the second room I was put in was much better.... The bed was cheap and you could feel the springs, there was mold on everything (On walls, inside the cabinet and drawers, on the lampshades, on the curtains, on the seating, etc) and the room has clearly not been cleaned properly in a very long time. There were splatters of what looked like food and dried blood the walls and doors... The air unit under the window was inoperable. The only thing that seemed clean enough to tou
