Sleep Inn & Suites Lake of the Ozarks

There was a single outlet that didn't work of the several in the room. Other than that, staff was friendly and attentive. Pool was warm and a nice treat right before the ice storm! Hot tub wasn't too hot, but still felt nice on aches. The bed was very comfy! Slept well and the price was great!

The service desk person seemed to have a “I really don’t want to be here, and you are disturbing my idle time” attitude. The hot tub area was dirty and had several dead bugs on the floor and in the corners. Our shower, room 101, has mold in it. The breakfast was decent for hotel free breakfast. The TV in breakfast dining area should have been on but never was.

I am giving this a 4.5 but decided to go with the higher stars not the lower one. First thing I did when I went into the room was used the bathroom and when I looked at the toilet paper roll there was someone's poo on it....I will provide a picture to show what I mean....that grossed me out, and then the other reason I'm giving this a 4.5 is because if these rooms had a balcony to sit out and look at the beautiful scenery it would have definitely been a five star. The breakfast was awesome and the other thing I didn't appreciate was the noise that I could hear when the neighbor would put their water on...I will provide a video with noise....but this is a place I would come back if I ever find myself coming in the area again. Great location right off 54. Front desk was professional and friendly. The rooms were good. I only dinged it mostly for the extra small refrigerator, not very comfortable pillows, and kind of an odd difficult to use showerhead with only one working settings. Overall a great place to stay just a little pricey.

Positive: Clean and meet needs for the room. I also liked the view from the balcony in the breakfast room Negative: The breakfast was not pleasant. The coffee, eggs, sausage were not tasty. I think for the high price I would have preferred a much better breakfast.
