Sleep Inn & Suites Auburn Campus Area I-85

My wife and I only stayed one night here. I would for sure go back. There is a mexican restaurant within walking distance that is VERY good! During our stay, they are under renovations, but that didn't disturb us, We did stay on a Friday night there were no visible construction crews working Saturday morning. The breakfast is decent, not great, but not bad. Minor complains- There was no working bathroom fan and the TV was very dated. No streaming apps, but hey for less than $100/night i can deal with it! Thank you!!

Overall, everything was good. Great beds and linens, great temp control in the room, breakfast was standard continental, but up to par, nonetheless. Staff was fine, as well. Only complaint is that the tv doesn’t even have a guide, and it would be nice if they were updated to Roku (smart) tvs, to allow the guest to sign into their personal streaming services. There was, however, a terrible smell on the 4th floor hallway, but I attributed it to the renovations that were happening throughout the building. Our stay, however, was not at all affected by the renovations. Thanks for the accommodations!

I don’t know how this place has 4 stars! Highly misleading! When booking, I was completely unaware the hotel is under renovations. It was very unappealing. There’s even a giant smiley face drawn on the wall in the hallway of the first floor. We get into our room and stepped on a screw just in the middle of the floor. Go to take showers, there are no towels or wash cloths. I call front desk and they’re asking me if I’m sure there are none and telling me where they should be, before finally listening to me that there really is not any in the room and bringing some. We then try to turn the lights on and none of them lamps will come on. We try to plug our phones in and there is no power. The bathroom had lights and power though. We go downstairs to report the issue and are told there might be

Positive: Location was good. Liked the size of the king suite room. Negative: They advertised a "hot breakfast", but it was not. There was no hot food, although you could make your own waffles or heat up a prepackaged biscuit. Our room was in the process of being renovated but was unfinished. Treadmill didn't work properly. BAD

Just stayed one night, but rooms were clean and front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was available but we didn't try anything. They are in the process of renovations but we had no issues with noise. Only complaint was that the floor of the elevator is mid-remodel and let a little sketchy.
