Sleep Inn Nashville near Percy Priest Lake

The rooms were clean. No bugs or anything like that. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of lighting and space. Cold air hot heat. The shower was amazing, very amazing water pressure. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Very family friendly. We brought our 1yo and 2mo old and it was very kid friendly and everyone was so nice. I think the only complaint I have is that it smelled like marijuana through the halls and outside sometimes. But maybe that’s just Nashville lol.

Positive: Comfortable bed. GREAT water pressure. Friendly enough staff. Toilet, sink, and shower are clean. No bugs. Window opens! Negative: Pillows are not comfortable: lumpy and weird. Carpet is not clean (bring flip flops or slippers). Mold in bathroom along ceiling next to shower. Furniture in disrepair. Breakfast is lackluster; no attendant. The coffee is absolutely wretched.

Our rooms were clean, and comfortable. The front desk night clerk was not the friendliest but was polite. The only 2 issues we had . Both rooms had sticky floors or dirty carpets. Other wise the rooms were great. Secondly I asked for connecting rooms or rooms close together. I don’t think they even read the request until I checked in. The clerk sited the hotel was full, but I made this request over a week previously and it wasn’t full then. Our rooms were on different floors. Not even the same floor.

I came in the first week of December. This hotel was very good, especially the front desk staff. One person named Santhu was excellent—very helpful and friendly. He helped a lot of guests, including those who do not speak English, and he speaks Spanish very well. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and everything was well maintained. Overall, it’s the best place for the price.

Nice hotel and good value for the price. Overall, everything was good, although the carpet could have been cleaner. The staff was very friendly, and the front desk associate, Santhu, was especially helpful. He quickly fixed the AC and TV and was very kind, professional, and responsive. Special thanks to him for the excellent hospitality. I stayed here in mid-December, and it was wonderful to see Nashville at night. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown and the airport, which made getting around very easy. Overall, I had a good stay, and if I visit Nashville again, I would definitely stay here. I would also recommend this hotel to others.
