Sleep Inn Logan Ohio-Hocking Hills

Positive: Great bed. Great pillow. Great shower (hot water with great pressure). Good breakfasts. The staff was amazingly professional and friendly. The location was perfect for our needs. The surrounding area is beautiful with plenty to see and do. Negative: I was mildly bothered by the fact that trash wasn't removed from our room (we bagged it and put it in hallway trash cans & get new liners at the front desk), when we needed clean towels we had to exchange them at the (friendly) front desk.

Clean, spacious rooms. Good standard hotel breakfast. The walls were a bit thin and we could hear a good bit of evening noise, but otherwise no complaints. This is near the main route and a good central location.

I used to manage hotels, and have traveled all over the country staying at various hotels. I have to say the service was awesome. Reminded me of my time working for Winegardener & Hammons. (They take service very serious) We booked for just a night since we had a cabin already and was trying to get in town before the snow hit. We checked in 1-24-26 around 5pm. The woman at front desk was fantastic (I did not catch her name unfortunately). Not only was she super friendly at check in, but I accidentally spilled water all over the lobby and she wouldn't let me clean it up. The complimentary fresh baked cookies were delicious as well! This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The level of service here truly stands out, every interaction felt thoughtful and seamless. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The shower was spacious and added an extra level of comfort that you don’t often find. I also greatly appreciated that the hotel is dog-friendly, which made my stay even more convenient. They literally gave us a room 1 door away from an exit on the first floor, so we could potty him easily. This hotel is a great stay. There is a holiday inn express right next door doesn’t stay half as full as this place. I originally picked this hotel because it’s rave breakfast reviews. They are ALL true. Great breakfast, plenty of choices. Nice hearty breakfast, light, continental, or quick grab and go. Oh and they have comfortable and spacious rooms, lol. Staff is great and friendly. The hotel has a great clean smell without that overpowering clean smell. This is the place you want to stay.
