Sleep Inn Flagstaff

The room was immaculate and comfortable. Clean, well-organized and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. Eggs and sausage were hot. Coffee was superb. The evening desk staff and the morning staff were very friendly. It was just a wonderful place to stay. The only down was the highway is fairly close to the Sleep Inn, and the traffic sounds were slightly disturbing, but was not a big issue.

Hotel was clean, pictures look way nicer and the bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was basic and we didn’t have enough eggs one day and no bacon most days (4 day stay). Reason for the one star is they charged a 10% “Flagstaff prop 414 fee” that is illegal, to cover the city’s minimum wage policy. They can charge whatever they want and build it into the base cost but not add it as a charge to customers on top of the agreed room rate. I am reporting them and hope they will stop.

Nice little hotel. Very close to I 40. The front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. It’s not glamorous so don’t expect anything like that, but it certainly serves a nice purpose. I would stay here again.

I loved receiving a confirmation email a few days before my arrival date. Tbe staff was always friendly and helpful. I requested 2 e tra pillows, and when i chcked in, the staff who checked me in told me the 2 extra pillows were already in my room. It was a lovely environment. Clean attractive felt safe. The neighborhood was lovely too

The hotel is in a very convenient location-close to downtown and easy to get to freeways. It is clean and rooms are comfortable. The staff is very nice. The only negative was the breakfast. carbohydrate loaded (toast, waffles, cereal) and powdered eggs (not tasty).
